Head to the hotel from the domestic airport and take time to rest and acclimatize.
Drive around Leh and visit some of the significant monasteries of Ladakh including; Stok, Shey, Tikhsey and Hemis. These beautiful monuments will let you take a sneak peek into Buddhist culture.
Set on a picturesque journey to the Pangong lake. Situated at 4300m altitude, this lake is renowned for its changing colors every hour. It is often called- The lake most bathed in blue tones. The incredible view, the beauty surrounding the lake and the rustic way of living of the locals will transport you to a different world altogether. Spend the night in a home stay, in with Ladakhi families.
Head back to Leh and take a rest for the entire day.
Start the day with some adrenaline pumping activity like- rafting on Indus river! Spend two hours flowing with the river to refresh your mind and soul.
Continue the adventure as you drive on the highest motorable road in the world, Kardungla, 5600m to Nubra Valley. Head to the green valley and desert from here and enjoy a camel safari.
Get back to Leh.

At Alchi, visit the Likir and Rizong andLamayuru Monastery, situated in so called Moonland. The Lamayuru monastery is known to be the oldest monastic establishment in Ladakh and was founded by Rinchen Zangpo in the 10th century. Alchi Monastery is also an ancient one where you can see a fine mix of Kashmiri and Tibetan paintings. Head back to Leh.
